Sculpted in Chavant NSP, cast in shore 10 Platinum silicone, and painted with Smooth-On Pscyho paints and Mr Dashbo alcohol makeups (for blood effects).  Hair punched eyebrows, eyelashes, and synthetic hair.  Eyes by Fourth Seal Studios.
